Payment of all work completed up to the termination date, billed at the agreed project rate or hourly rate, specified in the contract.
-
Forfeiture of any deposit or retainer fees, which are non-refundable.
If termination occurs after substantial work has been completed, the client may also be invoiced for % of the remaining project balance to compensate for time reserved for the project deemed by the designer, specified in the contract.
